    Nourishing for Body and Soul!
I have been a follower of Robin’s for many years and she has transformed many of my beliefs and goals around movement. Her Lindywell Pilates app is amazing and beautiful! Unlike most other platforms that focus on a physical outcome, Robin emphasizes doing movement you actually enjoy. In the end you will feel better and be more consistent, the key to success. I love her ‘Well to the Core’ podcast and highly recommend her book by the same name! You ROCK Robin, thank you for all you do!

    SO encouraging
Robin’s podcast and workouts in the Lindywell app have played such a huge role in helping me be kind to my body and aware of the lies I’m believing. I feel stronger, healthier and appreciate her grace over guilt approach that also is a consistent reminder within each episode. As a mom of three young kids (including twins!) I feel a kindred spirit to Robin and am so thankful for her kind voice amidst the harsh diet/exercise culture.

Self Care Guidance at its Best
I learned so much from this podcast I have now listened to it twice. Hearing Tania and Robin’s honesty and wisdom about their self-care journeys is inspiring and so informative. Burnout and negative thoughts are so endemic to ambitious women in particular and this episode helps women first become aware of their health and well-being and offers practical, compassionate ways to begin prioritizing and address one’s relationship with oneself. I highly recommend this podcast.

    Great information!
I found Robin a few years ago and love the app and the podcast. The podcast has great free information. All the instructors are great and bring such variety! Love the new fascia workouts and the pod episode was so good! The class was awesome too. You’ve all helped rehabilitate this 58yr old dental hygienist body with compensatory scoliosis! I used to get horrible migraines and found yoga alleviated them if I could get to them fast enough. Unfortunately yoga didn’t give me much strength but my osteopathic manipulation doc said I was super flexible. Pilates has helped my body and mind. The pod is an extra dose for the mind!

    Grateful
I am glad to have found Robin Long. Her app and the podcast. I usually feel so guilty if I miss a workout but after learning about Robin’s “Grace over guilt” mantra, I am starting to apply it to my own life and am feeling better. It shows me that it’s okay to miss a workout and still be okay and start over the next day. Thank you!

    Real Encouragement for Busy People
I’ve been listening to Robin and her wonderful lineup of guests since the beginning. As Robin’s Sisterhood has grown, so have the resources she offers and pours her heart and soul into. The podcast is no different. The name might have changed but the passion is still strong and I really enjoy the calm that this information gives me. She takes everyday hurdles or poor habits and brings new light and perspective to not coping but thriving as we grow and learn. Her episodes are engaging, encouraging, and most of all, fun to listen to.

    Informative and supportive!
These podcasts have been so helpful! Great information and engaging to listen to. Thank you!
  • Authentic and Gracious
    So real! So helpful!
I love Robin and her team. She is so real and authentic! She talks about topics that are common but other health professionals don’t want to admit they struggle like the rest of us. Robin relates to her listeners and doesn’t cover up the struggles that life brings. She is encouraging and gracious to allow for listening to your body instead of pushing hard when you just can’t. Better yet, she doesn’t make you feel guilty that you don’t have it all figured out. I am a member of her online group, Lindywell, where I have access to workouts, breath work and yummy, healthy recipes right in the app. I love listening to Robin and her guests while I’m taking a walk or just relaxing. I am so grateful I found Robin and Lindywell!

    Well To The Core
The Lindywell and Well To The Core universe is one I’m better off for having found. Down to earth, accepting, inspiring and uplifting are the hallmarks of this podcast. You won’t find hype or gimmicks, you’ll find information that you can use.

    Nourishes my soul ❤️❤️❤️
I love this podcast so much! Not only do I glean so many practical tips from Robin and the guests, I have also learned to start caring for my body in a whole new way. After years and years of fighting with my body and unhealthy diet/exercise practices, Robin has opened my eyes to a better way to care for myself. I love learning better ways to nourish my mind and body and I especially love the kind way Robin speaks about women’s bodies! I am so grateful for the Lindywell community and this podcast.

    Mindful vs. Mindfull
Loved this! What a great reminder for me to focus on what is important. Been trying to practice this every morning and evening on my way to and from work. Might have to return to this episode again and again. I also enjoy your Pilates online. Sometimes just have time for the short 8, 9 to 15 minute videos, but so thankful to have those options. Thank you!

    Favorite Health Podcast
I love The Balanced Life podcast. I love that Robin’s suggestions are down to earth and doable-always reminding us to celebrate our progress over feeling a need to be perfect. She talks about health and fitness, mental health, taking care of your home, etc.—and through it all she wants you to celebrate any and all progress you make!! I appreciate her happy demeanor and meaningful content. I wrote in the title that this is my favorite health podcast, when in-fact, it is the ONLY health podcast I listen to because I love Robin’s approach that much! ;)
  • jillie091738

What a great show for women!
I’ve enjoyed listening to Robin! She has such great and practical tips for women and moms to prioritize what is important, what to delegate and what to let go in this season of life. My fav episode is 77! How to simplify routines and stress less. If you feel chaos in your life- run! This episode is so practical and helpful!
  • FiKarbs
    Appreciate this amazing reminder…
… to breathe! It sounds like a basic, given thing. Yes, I know I have to breathe- it’s just so automatic. But there’s so much more to the health (or lack of health) related to correct proper intentional breaths. Thank you Robin- great messages and I think it was just what my family and I needed today!
  • Hermanut
    Breathing!
Thank you, Robin for episode 78! I am trying to be so intentional about my breathing —while exercising, etc—especially since I listened to James Nestor’s book !! Thanks for recommending it to everyone! Connie

    Feedback
Hi, Robin continues to be so inspiring to ALL of us. The new name is endearing as well😃 I wish the Community Board was still on the app as not all of us are on FB ( personally I’m not a fan of FB due to the political stuff & mostly the negativity) so please bring that back & an all around THANK YOU to each instructor & of course the behind the scenes staff🥰🥰
  • Gumbolily

    Such a gem!!
I love love this podcast. A lot of health podcasts I can walk away from feeling overwhelmed or like I can never attain the standards - but here I walk away feeling lighter, encouraged, and able to take small steps towards better health that feel totally doable and enjoyable. Thank you for the work you do. It matters so so much.
  • BYS65
    Very Helpful Podcast!
I loved this podcast on simplifying nutrition! This is an area that I’m very interested in, as I have been doing my own research for years on how to nourish my body in the best way possible and feed my family nutritionally, for healing as well as to stay healthy. I loved how Robin and Tamar answered questions that I was thinking throughout the podcast, and also solidified things I already had learned about foods and healing my body. I recently lost weight on a low carb diet, but it was very difficult to get through and I missed certain foods that I had to delete on this diet. It’s refreshing to know that I can lose weight and also still eat foods that are healthy, but just may have too many carbs for certain diets. It’s all about balance and knowing what your body needs and when. Thank you for sharing these suggestions and providing this great information. I’m sure it will help others, as well!
